You get all the popular free features with coolessay.net, but the price the company says you save in the process is too high for such features. Does this mean that Cool Essay is an expensive writing service?

Reputation & Popularity – 3.5/10

Despite the fact that CoolEssay promises all kinds of benefits, including a money back guarantee, they seem to have a very disappointing reputation on the writing market. This company is popular, but not reputable.

How is this possible? Due to the great offers they have in terms of pricing, as well as the excellent testimonials published on the website, many students seem to decide to order from this provider. However, while there is much feedback to be found online, most of this feedback is very negative.

Price & Quality – 3.5/10

The prices are not high as we believed in the beginning, but are actually some of the lowest on the writing market. Interestingly, they don’t depend on the type of paper, but the academic level and deadline only. As it turns out, this is one of those incredibly cheap companies that seem to be using their prices to trick customers into choosing their services.

The lowest price you can pay at coolessay.net is $10 per page, while the highest is $49 per page for writing services. This is the final offer of the company since there are no discounts offered, of any kind.

Support and Delivery – 3.8/10

The most common issues reported by students who used this service for their papers are quality of content, originality of papers, and on-time delivery. Some students even went so far to say that the bad quality is a result of the company working with non-native English writers, which can easily be seen in the delivered content.

We were very concerned about these accusations from customers, so we decided to check the customer support and see what they offer in case something like this happens. As it turns out, the customer support agents here are not very fluent in English, either.
