Cons

  • No fixed prices
  • Money back guarantee here is non-existent
  • Delays

Papersowl.com is one of those services that allow you to pick the writer for your paper. This could be a great opportunity, as long as the company works with good writers.

Reputation & Popularity – 4.2/10

As it turns out, this is not such a great opportunity here. Even though you can get very cheap papers at papersowl.com, this service seems to have a very bad reputation online. Many customers have used it since its establishment, probably because of the bidding system and the opportunity to pick the quote for a paper, but most of these customers left unhappy with their order.

Price & Quality – 3.7/10

All companies that allow customers to choose a writer from a list of bidders do not have fixed prices. This is also the case with papersowl.com. Unfortunately, this means that you can never know what you will pay for the next paper, and who will bid on it. In addition, it means that you don’t get to enjoy any benefits as a returning or new customer, since such services simply cannot offer discounts.

As we previously mentioned, quality is an issue with this service. Most customers complained that their papers were of below average quality, even though they chose the writers with best portfolios and ratings. The opportunity to choose a price from a list of bids may be an advantage, but not with a company who lies about their writers.

Support and Delivery – 4.1/10

Papersowl.com has a good customer support service, and they are great mediators between customers and writers. However, if the writer is not qualified enough to craft a good paper for you, the agents cannot really do much. From what we learned, the money back guarantee here is non-existent, so if you have a bad paper, you are stuck with it.

Delivery does not seem to be an issue here. The company has a strong on-time delivery policy, and we found only a couple of comments from customers who had a bad experience with delays.
