The company does not display client testimonials but they feature free samples, guarantees, and promises which make you believe this is a top professional company. We have checked out several testimonials online, and we found many low ratings. Customers are complaining about bad customer service, high prices and missed deadlines. Based on these ratings, we can easily say this company has quite a bad reputation among students. We even saw plenty of complaints referring to the fact that students had to pay separately for the editing of their paper.
Price & Quality- 4.4/10
We didn’t like about this company that they do not display the prices charged. They only advertise that one draft of 300 words costs only $3.99, but we couldn’t check how much a Ph.D. level page of essay or research paper costs. The draft is only a sample with a few highlights of your paper, and this is basically a useless paper. You cannot present a draft in class and you will never get a grade for a simple draft.
Regarding quality, we have received a 5-page research paper that contained too many mistakes: no editing, many quotations were missing, and plenty of scientific data errors. The paper did not even have a bibliography and this is considered plagiarism.
Support & Delivery – 5/10
We called customer service and they answered promptly. The problem was that the customer representative did not give us clear information regarding the prices charged and information about the background of the writers. We wanted to know exactly what types of degrees these writers have, and they could not prove that these writers actually have MA or Ph.D. degrees.
Delivery times are not good, as we received our research paper 4 days later than the required deadline. If you need to hand in such an important paper…you miss your deadline.
