The samples given on the website do not correspond fully with the quality we got, while essayroo.com disappointed us a lot in terms of support and delivery.
Reputation & Popularity – 2.1/10
Essayroo’s reputation outside the website is completely the opposite from what it is online. This is not a popular company like the website says, and while there are all kinds of comments you can find, most of them lean toward negative.
This made us start reconsidering the choice before we made an order, but since the reputation was quite confusing and did not fit the samples quality and the statements on the site, we still decided to proceed.
Price & Quality – 2.2/10
Prices aren’t as cheap as you’d expect, but they’d be perfectly good with the added discounts if the quality was good, too. A high school essay within two weeks costs $18.26 for a single page, which is a very steep price compared to what you can find on the Web. Still, their discounts for regulars improve this situation significantly, and the rates become more realistic.
Even so, the quality is not so great. In fact, for that price, the quality does not fit any of the expectations a student might have when they order. The research paper we received might have been original, but the language used was not fitting, and the formatting was terrible.
Support & Delivery – 2.3/10
Support is doing fine at essayroo.com, with the exception that they cannot really offer anything to those who are unhappy with their research paper. We know this because we reached them after we got the paper, mostly because it was slightly delayed, and they didn’t help. For delayed deliveries, customers are entitled to a refund, but not here.
Based on all these experiences, we cannot say that Essayroo.com is fake, but we can say that their rates are completely unfitting when it comes to quality and guarantees of delivery.
